MLS:

-Michael Bradley named Toronto FC’s captain on Tuesday

Quakes sign Leandro Barrera, Sanna Nyassi & Marvell Wynne, improve midfield & defense.

-David Villa scores NYCFC’s first-ever goal in friendly versus St. Mirren, MLS side wins 2-0.

Union fall to NASL side Tampa Bay Rowdies, 1-0, in second preseason match versus a NASL side.

-New Western Conference side Houston Dynamo beat Vancouver 1-0 in Tucson.

-Impact lose to Cruz Azul’s 1st team, 1-0, were supposed to play their U20s.

USMNT:

Julian Green to remain in Hamburg’s first-team despite report saying he was going to move to its second team.

-USA vs Mexico friendly in San Antonio has sold over 55,000 tickets, largest crowd in San Antonio expected.
