Former MLS Rookie of the Year CJ Sapong is on his way to Philadelphia according to Jonathan Tannenwald.
Sam McDowell of the KC Star reports on Twitter that Sporting KC will receive a first round draft pick for Sapong.
Sapong, who won Rookie of the Year in 2011, struggled to find a place at SKC recently and could blossom with a fresh start.
