DC United dropped two points after being ahead at the break for the second straight game. Although draws to the Red Bulls and Dynamo might feel like losses, they are good results that put United in a good place to start the season.

DC United defeated the LA Galaxy 1-0 on a 93rd minute goal from Chris Pontius. In a freezing match that looked destined to finish 0-0, the Black and Red managed to capitalize on a depleted Galaxy squad to pick up three points.

In 2013, DC United won only 3 MLS games and won the US Open Cup. In 2014, they finished top of the Eastern conference, but bowed out in first round of the Playoffs to the Red Bulls. Where will they finish this year?
